What can I say? We had an amazing experience! They were efficient, professional and easy to talk to. There was one hiccup, but instead of just keeping it and moving on they fixed the issue so that we would get the best quality that we asked for. We had an appointment with exact measurements of what we wanted and at the last minute asked if we could add more and without hesitation they added on to our order. I would highly recommend! They are hard working, local professionals that know what they are doing.

Excellent work. They took great care to finish the ends and make sure they looked nice. They were fast, courteous and took good care of my yard, as the curbing install was over existing landscaping. I was worried that the process would kill some of my strawberry plants, but they all survived. They all were every kind as my curious 3 year old son watched their every move, sometimes getting really close. He even asked if it was ok for my son to put hand prints in the concrete (which I was planning to do out back when they left). Very pleased with their work, value for the money, and the overall experience.

We knew that we wanted Artisan Borders from the start! They are the only company that offers such incredible options for beautiful, customized curbing - and this was before we met Tim and his awesome crew! Tim was great to work with, very knowledgeable and helped us with the best layout and design options for our landscape . The curbing looks fantastic! Tim and his crew showed up each day when they said they would and worked incredibly hard to ensure our complete satisfaction with the job. In addition to the curbing, Tim, his lead concrete installer and crew tackled what turned out to be a major drainage issue for us. They demolished the existing concrete pad, graded the area, filled in areas for added support, and poured a new pad designed to fit our specific needs. We would definitely recommend Tim and his crew! They deliver a quality job!

Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value OK, when I leave reviews, I make sure the product is going to be good. Our curbing has now been down one whole year. When Tim came, he made suggestions based on what he saw in the yard that were different than my original ideas. Boy does this guy know what he’s doing! His suggestions have made things even better, curbing has held up very solid and is not cracking. He and his team are artists and made some very beautiful curves and patterns and our curbing that we did not think would be possible. We cannot recommend this company enough. Thank you so very much.

Tim was very upfront about scheduling and his busy schedule. In my case about 3 weeks from when we got an estimate to when he could do the work. He was very willing to call in the evenings and talk through some questions I had about being prepared for him to do the work. The level of quality was superb and the curbing speaks for itself. Very enjoyable to work with and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Tim and crew were great! They listened earnestly to what we wanted. Tim took the time to explain everything thoroughly and answered all of our questions well. Very good customer service! They did a great job and worked hard as a team the whole time. They were flexible when we changed something in the middle. They also cleaned up really well.
